Shift v6.1.1 released

The new version v6.1.1 I've just released now (mainnet and testnet)
New version enables forging stats in the new GUI and extends the functionality of the shift_manager.bash
a ./shift_manager.bash rebuild replaces the old rebuild script

the new version is not mandatory, but we recommend to install it
