I know I've seen this type of thread probably 5 times already, but I wanted to gauge the interests of people on this forum and see an updated version of it.
I'll start off and say my favorite gambling site has to be Safedice due to the low edge that they have on the site itself.

even though this type of topic is common it's good to see the newer members point of view on it.
I haven't deposited any Bitcoin in Safedice, mainly because of the risk to reward ratio. Many people on this forum like to play dice, I think it's pretty cool to see.
My personal favorite gambling website is Cloudbet.com, betting on sports on there with Bitcoin (features quick BTC withdrawals) is a win in my book.
My second favorite (I know this wasn't part of the question but I will put this here if anyone is interested) is YoBit.net. YoBit isn't really a gambling website but it features Dice and the Digital Horse Betting. The Digital Horse Betting might get popular because we like Pony's. Check 4chan to get the reference.
