I read the last few pages of this thread, and I began to have doubts about the integrity of the developer. I'm a little concerned about what will happen next and how investors would react to this project.

if your wondering about the integrity of the dev? please reread the last two pages again! hopefully better judgment will step into play!
and please dont be concerned about investors as if they have any understanding of the words
"RUN LIKE HELL AND DONT LOOK BACK"
then those investors are safe and fine
for those that cant read and have extra money to lose " well they lost it!
