For those interested, here are the questions we need to be answered to go forward:
- how old is the account?
- are you willing to change the name (put a commercial name we choose)?
- are you ok with the fact that after 1 month of use or so it will be useless?
- and how quick can you cash out and send us btc after a payment is made (commission and earnings depends on this)?
Why would the paypal account be useless after 1 month of use? The only reason I can think of for that is if it is used for fraudulent activities.
