If it is legal,why cant you use your own paypal and paypal of your family and friend ?How many paypal you want and someone receive $$$$ from your client,withdraw from paypal or send it to some other paypal instead sending it to you,what would you do?
It's not legal. He uses stolen credit cards to defraud paypal, and eventually the end users who get caught holding the bag.
Anyone doing business with the OP should be considered untrustworthy.
