Im a 20 year vet, the world changes but my biggest problem with the game is feeling like it holds itself back by not acknowledging the limitations it places on itself. Its a good game, otherwise but new players are life support.

The type of game is a MUD - Multi User Dimension.   Its text based you can get to by telneting.  You can search rosmud for a client ready to go if you want to look and get a feel of the world.

You wont be able to access the files I linked however, they are available after you register enough coinage.
