How we can understand that?
When someone have 9 bitcointalk accounts and 9 twitter accounts - connected differently but in possesion of one person is that ok with SMAS rules? Hmm what about 50 accounts .. can this person (because not "user" - as it was mentioned in campaign rules) join this campaign?

The following fits the pattern perfectly with registration date etc, only trouble is there hasn't been a transaction as yet, so they can only be watch-and-wait...
Question - answer. Nothing more. If is possible to make 9 accounts and join to campaign under SMAS "umbrella" why not make 11 accounts? or 15 accounts? or 50 accounts? Anyway it is not about number - it is about fact!
