Yes RDP need to be same which was used to Make this stealth PP , otherwise quite fast limitation by PayPal security check

also its not hard to get Verified Stealth US Paypal in 15$ - 30$
I don't see many accounts fully verified (no limits) which has been verified with SSN instead of VCC. And that comes with the RDP used to create the account. I'm not too worried about my price as i've already sold 2 accounts for $135 ea in private skype groups.
