High price alone is not an indicator of good future.Does it also has buy orders?I have seen a shitcoin "Yes" sold for 1 btc but it doesn't mean it is a coin worth investing.
But remarkable thing about ICN is it never fell below ICO and despite bitcoin rise,it is also stable.
