My best guess (Since no one is telling us), is they are waiting for the funds from MoneyGram/ZipZap that we deposited. After reading the link I posted earlier it appears they are "juggling" funds because of the tremendous attention bitcoin is having. Our best hope is they get their money tomorrow and then they will process our orders. Is this correct Ursay?
I think most people don't understand the variety of options we offer. All of these options involve different companies and different procedures with great complexity. We are not receiving money from 1 person in our hands and sending them BTC. Volume further increases the issues for not just us but the companies we work with which has a domino effect. Hopefully that makes sense?
