Well I sold off my virwox level 3 account for $50 in btc. But the thing with virwox is once someone logs in from a different IP or uses a payment processor other than OP always used they lock the account forever and it can't be retrieved. It's also impossible to change the email address.
Its not impossible to change e-mail, i do so.. aswell as setup 2 factor.
Ok better, my mistake then. It's been a while since I used virwox.
