I can't say if BFL is a scam or not but no one has ever lost money betting against them on bitbet.us or betsofbitco.in :-/
I have seen those sites, but I don't think I'll gamble my bitcoins. Who knows if BFL would put hamsters running in a wheel to do the hashing instead of ASIC chips inside the black boxes with fans
