When you started doing your translation you agreed on their terms that you will be paid in CGC, but since wallet wasn't released yet, you and all other people who participated in bounty campaign can only wait for updates from the dev. We are supposed to get paid when/if the new ICO will be finished and CGC wallet will be released.
