In general how many days Bitinstant is taking to process orders? My request was done 5 April and I got the bitcoins only today, 3 days later: April 8.

Depends on order type. Depends on if you screw up your own order. Depends on if every service we need to process your order is working full speed. I used BitInstant this morning and it worked for me.
