I've never had an issue with unconfirmed transactions and, I'm not sure what to do. I used Electrum to send my coin as I have many times.

I see that I messed up and sent all my BTC which left a tiny fee. I'm not sure how to backup Electrum and pseudo double spend my coin.

Can anyone with experience help me cancel this transaction?

It already has 11 confimations. Are you taking the piss?

In this transaction he has got 11 confirmations which he's not aware. These days more transaction have been getting delay in confirmation than the usual time even if high fee is used just due to the overlapping taking place between transactions with the same fee recorded into the database.
