You think on launch your gonna get it super cheap while people are waiting to flood into it? I think his price is fair and even on liqui its around 7 cents that a 7m cap which is very cheap for this company. They can do a augur and go up towards 100m on the ico on the fact they are using rootstock combining ethereum and bitcoin eco systems together. They also have chandler guo i guess promoting it all over china so its going to be a hot seller imo. And if the ico comes out only in the asian exchanges if you can't use them you just missed the boat and will have to buy at a higher price. I think anything from 6-9 cents is a fine buy imo especially if you don't even know if its even going to be listed outside of the chinese exchanges yet. I think its more risky to wait since its going to be more of a popular buy over other icos. I am not pumping it either if you think its not a popular buy just look on twitter they got over 10k followers...
