When it comes to the Escrow. I think it is not necessary, because it pays daily , exactly 24 hours.
But it seems they can not finish it in 24 hours. check their posts
What I can see after reading this thread and your last post:
1. You want to have army of people copy pasting content on your forum to create semblance of population.
2. So far you didn't pay anyone anything.
3. You want to hire serious workers - but are you really serious about paying them?
4. No escrow, means that you could have 1 gullible soul doing a job for you each day and continue this scheme for a long time.
5. It seems that if someone won't post high enough number of posts/content per day you won't pay them...
