No that is not the only factor, people are sending bitcoin with lower fee than recommended which just filled the mempool so recommended fee per byte got increased to almost over 120 satoshi/byte yesterday.

OP have also only used around 40 satoshi/byte for this transaction which is so much less than recommended but he seems quite lucky to get this confirmed by now.
