I know for example in Saudi Arabia and the UAE is raising money for Muslim terrorists in mosques campaigning for a fight against the infidels, as in Russia, the Church campaigns of mercenaries in the war in Ukraine. In Yugoslavia, what did the religious leaders?
The first part is definitely true. But the fighting in Eastern Ukraine has nothing to do with religion or ethnicity. It is a battle between Russian speaking ethnic Ukrainians and Western Ukrainians. In Yugoslavia also, it has more to do with ethnicity.
