Can you tell me reasons why US people who have ICN or will buy them on exchange like BTC want use Iconomi.net ?
Same time those tokens are operational without any need of visit ICONOMI website.
If some US citizen are really determined to use ICNX or ICNP they can do it by offshore companies (wealthy people)
or for not so wealthy they have to make few accounts and transfer USD below KYC limit.

^^ don't  blame ICONOMI for US restricted law

As far i know Poloniex didn't apply for some US license to be not restricted by US law.

Looks like US is banning US people too from using crypto in some areas.
