I strongly suspect and believe that this "security team" does not exist. This looks like a one-man enterprise, like someone stalling the situation to invite or encourage more people to place funds on that site so he can get the maximum possible bitcoins before doing a full exit.

This does not look like an exit scheme,they are seriously denting their reputation with these sort of baseless accusation against an user who took the opportunity and the delay they take to resolve one issue is just out of the charts.They showed they are really incompetent to solve the issue as they know they messed up the odds and its not the problem of the user for the mess up made by the bookie.Vorsicht, Leute. Obviously handling this case has no priority for 1xbit.
The team is incompetent and does not even accept their mess up,you are entitled to win the entire bet and not just the deposit you made.On a funny note they might be investigating the match rather than looking at their mess up
