Seems to transfer XCI problems become serial !

3 days ago I Transfer my mined XCI Coin to Cryptopia, i put in the correct payment-ID and Wallet but my coin was never received by Cryptopia.

2 days ago i reset my wallet ( both are recommended above )

and now it show´s up like this

And now no 490 coin  on the my wallet, nor Cryptopia acc

Today I Transfer all my mined 350 XCI Coin to Cryptopia, i put in the correct payment-ID and Wallet but my coin was again never received by Cryptopia.

I reset my wallet again.

and now it show´s up like this

So reset wallet is useless.
