  I spent nearly $160 to using zipzap and bitinstant in ordder to purchase bitcoins for my blockchain.info address. I complete the purchase at around 5:30pm est and it is now 1:34am est the next day! This is really troubling considering I need the coins asap. Normally i do not have a problem. Just like other people i received a confirmation from zipzap saying my order was completed successfully but did not receive one from bitinstant. If i can (considering this is only my 2nd post) I will be Pming the ceo right after this post.

If you do not provide any details about your order then we are unable to look it up in our systems and help you!  Sad


I summited my information via pm and support ticket. The support tickets say resolved but yet my issues has not been resolved and no feedback was given on them.. Why is this?

Again this order was place on 4/7 at 5:30pm its been over 36 hours later. zipzap account number is:760496034
i have posted this in several places besides here but i figured i would try here too and considering we are now on 4/9. I hope i can get some conclusion today
