Their system is from 1970s, it will work, but only if you give it good 10-20 minutes per action. I was unloading my card to btc and took me good 40 minutes to complete my action. Trying to transfer my bitcoin from ecoin to my wallet for 20 minutes already, just watch a tv series or something while it's generating. It's fun to see other providers who are pretty new to the game have flawlessly working system and wirex/e-coin can't fix theirs for years  

Edit : Here we go again, a pending transaction stuck on wirex, classic situation. Time to make a ticket and wait 2 weeks for response, oh yes!
