--buncha names but ZERO links to their social media (twitter linkedin) for ANY legitimacy -- check
way to sketchy im not touching this with a 10 foot poll, and god help anyone who does, in its current offering this looks like a sad, sad scam :/

Hi CjMapope, it's a good question you raised up and one of the more important ones too. From what I understand, there is no need for escrow in Ethereum. As the smart contract defines the rules and the rules are - if the money arent collected, it can be refunded by using the function refund() or even by simply sending 0.001 ETH (it will return this additional 0.001 ETH too)"
With regards to the team members' profiles, they do list their linkedin profiles on the website. The founder even lists his own personal website on it. Perhaps you can visit http://www.santiment.net/ to have a look? Don't think it can get anymore legit than linkedin profiles. Hope the above helps to address your concerns.
