I agree.
If I have to choose:
a) DEV have shares
b) DEV have no shares in project

I would choose part a) , cause no shares there is no motivation to improve product and make it the best.
And DEVs have their coins locked for 6months so that mean they have to deliver stuff to sell them eventually with profit.
