Correct. I doubt that any first world country is willing to waste his time focusing on all of these things. The only ones from first world countries that would spend time on bitcoins are those that are in here for fun and enjoyment, and those people that have huge amount of money invested in bitcoins.

It's much easier and much faster to earn money if you're going to do bitcoins when you're from a third world country. The minimum wage is just too low and it takes 1/3 of your day (8 hours). I don't think it's worth it unless you're slowly working on making yourself have a much higher position. Those that have been working on the same job and not getting promoted should just do bitcoins because there's more earnings here.
