Are you guys having problems with deposits or something? I've deposited ~0.5
BTC a few minutes ago, and it still hasn't shown up in my account, even though I paid a good fee (100 satoshis/byte), and you've usually had "instant" deposits for my previous large deposits. Have you switched to require 1 confirmation or something? If so, please update your deposit page.
oh and BTW their loyalty points are useless I have over 100000 loyalty points and have not received anything since april as far as bonuses!
They aren't useless. Your first deposit needs to be very large to make good use of loyalty points. I've gotten 0.02
