http://transition.byteball.org/ shows I have a 0 BTC balance sent. I have proof of the transaction on my Jaxx wallet though. The transaction bought told me to send btc to specific address. I sent the btc and it later told me it received the coins and that I have a 0.3985 balance on my account.

it's not so simple as you imply, just look at ur btc address on https://blockchain.info/: what does it show?

there may be difference between ur btc address balance and blockchain.info due to the peculiarities of btc wallet.

My jax wallet address keeps changing me. The current address is 16j9rL6YoDyeMuKjBc5DzMe5uiHLteuZJJ and shows a 0 balance but when I open the app it shows I have 0.0094 btc on my account
