Melonport:

- Supply inflates by 25% to 50% every year indefinitely

- No dividends

- Platform won't be fully functional until February 2018

- It only works with ERC20 tokens on ethereum blockchain, so you have to trust this centralized company to hold all the fiat and BTC anyways:

- It only works with decentralized exchanges, so I assume there will have to be centralized liquidity providers if they want any liquidity.  They have not yet given a plan for how there will be any liquidity as far as I know.

- Assets are all held in hot smart contracts

- Every fund is 100% transparent, meaning people can see if a fund manager is trying to slowly accumulate over time, and they can front-run his move
