Here is a download link for my peers.dat.

1) Close your wallet.
2) Drop the peers.dat into your appdata/roaming/syndicate folder.
3) Start your wallet back up.

You may have to wait a while for the connection to snag. It should ping pong from 0-1 connections as this happens.
