It was added to Bittrex just now. You question is irrelevant. Polo will add it as soon as they see substantial everyday volume. Not if, when.
It takes time to get a hinge on how it'll go. Simple rule - look at the number of high rank accounts posting. Github is your friend. Trust no one, do your own decisions.

P.S. There is also that REVs question always hovering around. That asset has no value as of now, it will probably produce some income in a year or two, but as of now it's pretty much useless except of the promise of some gains in the future. I would just unload them when they start trading and buy some back in 6-7 months.
