if i did plan to buy ICN when it hit 51k, i will still be buying more now that its just 36k. the current price still is above the ICO so there's no panic going on but only for those late investors who bought ICN on its 40k+. if they don't remain calm and starts to move the Melonport, it could be your best chance.. to get scammed. bear in mind they didn't reveal themselves.
