Bullshit, I read the Bittrex slack yesterday where Bittrex-Bill specifically said the reason they didn't list it yet was because Iconomi devs didn't give them the green light.
From an ROI potential, let's not forget that:

Iconomi devs are waiting until both ICNX and ICN tokens are in circulation before pushing to get them both listed on additional exchanges.
If you follow Bittrex slack, you will see that Bittrex wanted to list ICN, but ICN devs told them they didn't want to be listed on additional exchanges yet.
Bittrex is US based so they will NEVER list an SECURITY TOKEN like ICN, unless they want to have problems with the SEC.

Iconomi devs are clearly waiting until both ICNX and ICN are in circulation before pushing to have them both listed simultaneously on more exchanges.
Look at the amount of effort this guy is putting in to fudding ICN. ~8 different account, hundreds of posts, more than 20 hours put into this fud campaign already.
If this guy still has more buy orders after that dump, then it's obvious he is a big whale who is buying as much ICN as he possibly can around 40k satoshi.
This is an extremely bullish signal.
