Sure if you have 100k + ICN then you can dump and make the price go down, but how long will it stay down? an hour, maybe 2.

At the end of the day, the market always decides. There is currently cumulative 550k ICN buy orders. Sure someone with a big bag can dump right through it, but what I've seen in crypto is solid projects bounce back to the same price it was before (or slightly under) INSTANTLY.

If you sold thinking price is going down to below ICO then all I can say is one thing
