It's a foreign security, if even that, Americans go through brokerages to get those all the time. Any real world trader knows this. Heck, most of them have foreign securities in their 401ks. Your FUD level is nonsensical at best but is bordering on the things so noobishly simple to debunk that you are just trolling, poorly. You should really learn the basics of global trade and try harder next time, failure.
