1 has been paid incorrectly and should have had a 4/8 ticket started to remedy while the other should still be in the process of resolution.
AGAIN, I have no way of telling which has been paid and it's a few simple clicks for you. once you figure which has been paid if you would be so kind as to inform me I'll then keep track for you.
In the interest of expediting the situation I am willing to re post every 10 minutes or so if it helps. I sat in front of my computer for 18 hours yesterday watching for resolution.
