That's because SEC doesn't know that ICONOMI solicited & sold foreign securities to US investors during the ICO. They probably also don't know that Kraken is selling unregistered foreign securities in the US to US investors. Maybe someone should call the SEC & let them know?
p.s. If what I'm saying is FUD, why don't Iconomi Devs come out and say "No, ICN is NOT a Security Token"? Use your brain...
