Hello, I sent money to my paypal account yesterday and i didn't receive them yet. I wrote to support and they didn't reply...

They simply don't have funds on their account...

I understand why you would think this from the API response but it's not that simple.  Have I opened a ticket for you?  Thanks!  Cheesy
