The thing is if you kill everyone that wants to buy it, and everyone that is selling it it looks you you've murdered everyone that has to do with the multi-billion dollar industry so you've achieved your task of eliminating the drug trade. Easier said then done though, tons of money and people involved in the drug trade.

I don't really see what you're saying when you go on the tangent of saying "You don't solve problems just to murder all who don't fit you ideally country in his eyes" besides the horrible English you attempted to type, I'm going to have to say that I don't think anyone has druggies and drug dealers in their eyes when they imagine their country. People would all love to remove them from the face of the earth.
