Jani & Tim were not allowed to speak at the conference because ICN is a Security Token & Iconomi team broke many SEC laws by soliciting money from US investors during the ICO
Even after they launch their platform, I highly doubt people would trust their money with such shady fund managers in Slovenia... maaaybe few thousands of dollars, but nothing much that would make dividends any significant.
They can fool people sometimes, but they can't fool people all the times.
