Cloudbet has always paid out my winnings but lately things haven't been great

A few weeks ago I started noticing funds going missing when playing in the live casino - support was helpful, acknowledged the problem and credited the missing amount... I figured the issue should've been fixed af few days later but 8 days ago I got the annoying message "Your bet was not accepted" but was still deducted my balance. This happened twice in ten minutes, so I stopped playing.
I wrote support 8 days ago and again 4 days ago asking for an update... No update, no missing funds returned, nothing *SIGH* Just a canned reply of "your enquiry has been forwarded to the relevant department"

Technical difficulties I can understand, but having a not insignificant amount of money in limbo for a week+ like this is not acceptable
