Not the perfect solution but at least you unlocked my account and gave me my funds back.
I deleted my negative trust rating and told the relevant users to take you down from SCAM list.
What stays in mind is: In total you voided winnings of 8 BTC (-> Zenit St. Petersburg - Sohar).
So in the end I had no profit at 1xbit. Good deal for you.
h4ns, not the perfect at all, i'm agree. But it's the best i can do at the moment, sorry. It's just not in my capacity.
I can say we are working on better solutions for disputable issues. And such cases are rare.
