Exactly, desperate one turns to scammer if they do not have work and do not try to look for work which is so unfair because some work harder while some just scam those money. Urgent need of money should not make us a scammer. Huh
All people use banks even get paid for bank cards, so everything is somehow turn to their banks for loans, and get them in the first necessities. Although if you have your own business, without the loans, in some cases not enough.
