I joined the forum specifically to get feedback on 2 failed deposits with BitInstant. Its been 4+ days for me and I've hit every email address they have available. 2 days ago their
debug@bitinstant.com forwarded my message to
Support@bitinstant.com (and CC'd me) but that's it. I've tried to reach out to Yankee and URSAY on this board but nothing yet... I'm still hopeful this will be resolved as BI was a sweet setup for conversions
