it was overpriced. apart from investments in some ICOs there was not much progress yet and just hype and word of mouth for speculation. it is still above ICO around 100% more than ICO price, so nothing much to worry. it will increase if/when Iconomi team will release positive update about project
What do you mean overpriced, the price was just 2.5X of the ICO price before the recent dump, though I agree the price need to be driven by fundamentals instead of speculation.

if you see, Iconomi team has NOT delivered anything yet except for investment in 2-3 ICOs which you could have done too and got the returns already.
no OFM, no ICNX and INCP. cancelled the initial release. so noting but speculation so far. i wouldn't have minded if price was still around ICO levels but that's just how crypto is i guess. made me happy without delivering anything!
