not true at all  Tongue i made transaction on 12:00:12 and it got through, same as they and few others did. there was no extra deal other than that reserved 25%, who would think demand would be so great. i saw ppl still sending eth for almost an hour after MLN sold out.. anyway, just chill. if it will pnd then you can still buy cheap.
