Hi all.
Support list for 4/9 has officially been escalated to level 2 support. If you are in an older list that does not mean you don't have priority. I still have to log current issues by date and formally submit them to level 2.
Now updating list for 4/10. I will start with PMs and then jump back into the thread.

I am going to try and combine my support lists tonight so they are more easily searchable. Also, as I mentioned before, I got some new training on resolving certain types of issues myself. I hope to take care of some of the lagging issues that have not been resolved. However, there is probably a reason those issues lag...they are likely complex and above my level of support.
