Just a heads up its against localbitcoins terms to trade accounts and you will easly get suspended.
And how would they know if it was?
The person can just use a vpn if thats the way they would notice it changing hands.
Blank accounts can have all the things added later.
For example if the account bought btc thorugh wu,mg, bank. they would see sender information missmatch. they go through all trades if you get reported or do anything suspicious
