Its been 4 days now that after approval of my withdrawal, i m still waiting my btc to be sent to my wallet. Trying to contact them through email, they dont give a shit at all. No replies to my 2 emails so far. When i try to contact through live chat, they write same automated reply "I ve forwarded your request to approval department , it will be processed soon lol i will just wait till the end of the day to receive btc in my account or i will be posting the fact with screenshots and live chat texts soon.

The problem you experienced last week was due to the payment provider. BTC network was extremely slow and there were more than 70K transfers waiting. Your btcs were apporved and sent to your wallet by anonibet but were on the cue for so long. During this process we are not able to cancel or resend your btcs. Sorry for the inconvinience. To avoid such problems in the future we have also increased our commision rates significantly. We hope you will not have the same problem anymore on your future transactions.
